in-house customs department in order to offer a full solution door to door for our customers. This is another step towards enhancing the customer experience and making sure that the transport of goods is as seamless as possible.

BM’s service in relation to Customs clearance for our UK loads  has been second to none, thanks to the online booking portal for booking our loads, which makes it very easy for us to book, edit & track our loads. The delays and hassle has been taken out of the customs clearance process for us thanks to this system. A very professional and customer friendly process.

Within a matter of steps, we can carry out the freight and the customs for our customers by simply:

Nominating BM Transport as your customs broker.
Ensure you have an EORI number.
Provide commercial invoices & certificates if applicable.
Identify value, incoterms, origin, gross weight, nett weight & commodity codes.

Our dedicated customs team are available 7 Days per week and will ensure your clearances are sorted efficiently with our tailored service. This takes the stress from the customer as our customs team can deal directly with Customs Authorities to ensure all loads clear customs in a timely manner and still achieve on time delivery.
